Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Guest Services Associate based on-site in Gurugram. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service experiences, managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring seamless communication with guests. The role involves anticipating guest needs, addressing concerns, and actively contributing to the reputation of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts for exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service
• Knowledge of managing Reservations and handling guest inquiries
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
