Role Description

The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients and visitors, managing customer inquiries, and providing support at the reception. The Guest Relation Executive will also assist in facilitating sales and contribute to creating a professional and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Guest Relations and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and visitors
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Customer Service proficiency for handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing front-desk responsibilities
  • Sales ability to support client engagement and drive outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a professional demeanor
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
