Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily rounds of the Experience Center and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and report any damages or maintenance issues.
- Ensure all display units, lighting, and model apartments are in proper condition.
- Maintain inventory, track consumption, and raise requirements to avoid shortages/wastage.
- Welcome clients warmly, manage seating, and offer refreshments.
- Collect client details, coordinate with Sales, and update site visits in CRM (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Experience Center Management
- Conduct daily rounds of the Experience Center starting from the main gate, following the prescribed checklist to ensure all areas are maintained.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the Experience Center, including pantry and common areas.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure timely completion of all cleaning activities.
- Ensure all equipment such as LED screens, TVs, promotional standees, lighting fixtures, and lamps are in proper working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Projects team for prompt resolution.
- Ensure display elements like scale models are clean, dust-free, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and ensure all lighting across the premises is functional.
- Maintain model apartment assets (kitchen, wardrobes, soft furnishings, etc.) in excellent condition at all times.
Incident Management
- Report any damages, incidents, or accidents through the proper incident reporting system to management for necessary action.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Track consumption of supplies and maintain an updated inventory sheet.
- Share inventory reports with management on a timely basis.
- Raise purchase requests based on consumption patterns and ensure minimal wastage.
Client Experience & Front Office Management
- Welcome all clients warmly using standard greeting protocols and ensure a pleasant first impression.
- Assist clients with comfortable seating arrangements until the Sales Representative attends to them.
- Offer refreshments and ensure the client lounge area is always well-maintained.
- Collect and record client contact details accurately.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely assistance to clients.
- Accurately update client details and site visits in Salesforce/CRM systems.
