Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, handling special requests, and creating a premium and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocation efficiently.
- Understand guest preferences and provide personalized service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and promptly.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth dining experience.
- Maintain guest database for repeat customers and special occasions.
- Ensure the restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation meet fine dining standards.
- Assist in special events, VIP handling, and celebrations.
- Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to handle guests calmly and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
