We are hiring Guest Relation Executives for multiple R3 Spa locations across India. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering exceptional guest service, managing appointments, handling front-desk operations, and promoting spa packages. You will be the welcoming face of the spa, ensuring a seamless, warm, and memorable experience for every guest.

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication
• Sales ability to promote spa packages and services
• Front desk/Reception experience: scheduling, bookings, handling inquiries
• Organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and warm demeanor
• Experience in spa, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage
