The Guest Relation Executive at our diagnostic center will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all patients and visitors. This role involves assisting patients with their needs, managing inquiries, and coordinating with healthcare staff to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the diagnostic center.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and appointments.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
- Handle patient complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and patient management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and diagnostic procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
