We are seeking an experienced GRP Fitter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fabrication and installation of glass-reinforced plastic components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) components according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize GRP designs for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GRP fittings and installations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in GRP fitting or related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of GRP materials and their applications.
- Experience with hand and power tools used in GRP fabrication and installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
