Description
We are seeking a skilled Fitter GRP/RTRP to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing and maintaining GRP and RTRP components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and RTRP (Reinforced Thermosetting Plastic) components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute fitting tasks accurately.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that all fittings meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working in the workshop and on-site.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in fitting GRP/RTRP materials.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to fitting tasks.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in fitting processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
