Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Growth & Sales Development Associate who goes beyond traditional SDR responsibilities. This role combines lead generation, client engagement, market research, and early-stage deal nurturing to drive business growth.

You will play a key role in building the VyperXs sales pipeline while also contributing to strategy, outreach optimization, and revenue expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and outbound channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Execute cold outreach via email, calls, and social platforms

2. Client Engagement & Qualification

  • Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business needs
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated data
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist in moving leads through the sales funnel

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyse industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • Provide insights to refine outreach strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and niches

5. Content & Outreach Optimization

  • Help craft personalized outreach messages and campaigns
  • A/B test email and messaging strategies
  • Improve conversion rates through data-driven decisions

6. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve offerings
  • Assist in building sales playbooks and processes

7. Revenue Contribution (Advanced Responsibility)

  • Participate in initial deal discussions
  • Assist in proposal creation and closing support
  • Upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cold outreach confidently
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
  • Research and analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SDR/BDR, sales, or growth roles
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and startup environments
