We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Field (Preferred).
- Minimum Qualification 12th Required.
