- Meet monthly targets and maintain sales records in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR tech is a plus
- Must have a laptop and willingness to learn
