ABOUT THE JOB-ROLE:
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and result oriented Growth & Performance Marketing Executive to cater to our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is not just a marketer but a content creator, optimize lead generation campaigns, and on-camera personality who can represent the brand with confidence and creativity.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, track leads, and improve cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Manage ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies.
2. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with admission goals.
- Analyse campaign data and provide insights for improving marketing performance.
3. Content Planning & Calendar
- Plan and create monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video teams for marketing creatives.
4. Physical Branding & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline branding activities such as hoardings, banners, pamphlets, and local marketing campaigns.
- Identify branding opportunities around schools, coaching hubs, and high-footfall areas.
5. Communication & Representation
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and internal teams regarding marketing initiatives.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for podcasts, interviews, reels, or promotional content.
6. Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with academic and management teams to promote courses like JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and Foundation programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Lead generation and performance marketing knowledge
- Marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Social media content planning and calendar management
- Basic understanding of branding and offline marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking on camera for podcasts or interviews
PREFFERED QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in a professional industry marketing will be an advantage
