We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Business Development professional who understands that marketing is not just execution, it is business growth.

This role requires both hands-on marketing execution and a strategic mindset to help scale the business sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth (Core Responsibility)

SEO & Website Growth

Execute and manage:

  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Local SEO

Build and manage quality backlinks

  • Improve website visibility, rankings, and organic lead flow
  • Track SEO performance and take corrective actions

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar
  • Coordinate with video editor & coaches for content execution
  • Ensure content supports:
  • Brand authority
  • Lead generation
  • Trust-building
  • Focus on content that converts, not just engagement

Business Development & Revenue Support

  • Handle inbound leads and ensure systematic follow-ups
  • Support consultation bookings and conversions
  • Improve lead quality through better targeting and messaging

Identify:

  • Partnerships
  • Collaboration opportunities
  • New growth channels

Intern Training & Team Support

  • Train and guide marketing interns
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure learning + output
  • Build discipline and structure in intern execution
  • Act as a bridge between interns and founders

Strategic Business Thinking (Very Important)

  • Understand how Thrivecore makes money
  • Think beyond tasks and suggest:
  • Growth ideas
  • Funnel improvements
  • Process optimizations
  • Analyze what's working and what's not
  • Contribute ideas to scale revenue and brand together

This role is for someone who:

  • Has 23 years of real, hands-on marketing experience
  • Understands SEO, content, and growth together
  • Can balance execution with strategy
  • Is comfortable working independently in a WFH setup
  • Thinks long-term and takes ownership

Must-Have Skills

  • SEO (On-page, Off-page, Local)
  • Backlink building & website optimization
  • Social media planning & content calendars
  • Basic understanding of funnels & conversions
  • Team coordination & intern training
  • Strong communication & analytical skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based businesses
  • Knowledge of Meta ads, Google tools, or automation
  • Startup or early-stage company exposure
