Job Description

JOB TITLE Digital Marketing Executive Job Summary

Ims Group is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves end-to-end campaign setup, execution, optimization, and reporting, with a strong focus on driving qualified leads and improving cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and comfortable handling client communication while managing the full funnel from campaign setup to lead nurturing (MQL to SQL).

 

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup & Execution

·      Set up and launch end-to-end paid campaigns across:

o  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

o  Microsoft/Bing Ads

o  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o  LinkedIn Ads

o  TikTok Ads

·      Implement proper account structures, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.

·      Configure campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

 

Paid Media Management & Optimization

·      Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.

·      Continuously test and scale campaigns through A/B testing (creatives, copies, landing pages, targeting).

·      Optimize funnels to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

 

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

·      Work extensively with Google Analytics for traffic analysis, user behavior, and conversion tracking.

·      Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio for real-time performance reporting.

·      Track and analyze MQL and SQL performance, identifying gaps and opportunities.

·      Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

 

Creative & Copy Development

·      Write high-converting ad copies tailored for each platform.

·      Collaborate on creatives (images, videos, hooks) to improve engagement and conversions.

·      Suggest improvements for landing pages to increase conversion rates.

 

Lead Management & Funnel Optimization

·      Understand and manage the complete marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion.

·      Work closely with sales/admissions teams to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates.

·      Support lead nurturing strategies through retargeting and funnel optimization.

 

Client Communication & Collaboration

·      Join client calls to present campaign performance, insights, and strategies.

·      Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

·      Ensure campaigns align with overall business and marketing goals.

 

Market Research & Continuous Learning

·      Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends.

·      Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.

 

Required Qualifications

·      3.5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media.

·      Hands-on experience in:

o  Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads

o  Meta Ads Manager

o  LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads (preferred)

·      Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

·      Experience in canva, campaign setup, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

·      Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.

·      Good communication skills and experience handling client interactions.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

·      Google Ads Certification and/or Microsoft Ads Certification.

·      Experience in education or lead generation campaigns.

·      Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
