We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing professional who will lead user acquisition, database-led outreach, and multi-channel growth initiatives. The role involves driving installs, scaling awareness, building funnels, and executing both paid and organic strategies to accelerate customer growth.
Key Responsibilities-
1. User Acquisition & Growth
- Lead end-to-end growth marketing across paid, organic, and database channels.
- Build and manage the entire acquisition funnelfrom first touchpoint to app installation.
- Execute strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, email automation, and database marketing.
2. Performance & Paid Marketing
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for cost-efficiency, conversions, and high-quality installs.
- Continuously analyze performance data and improve ROI.
3. Database-Driven Marketing
- Manage and utilize large-scale databases of SMBs and creators for targeted outreach.
- Design and execute WhatsApp, email, and remarketing sequences to boost app installs and engagement.
4. Content & Organic Growth
- Oversee social media marketing and content initiatives designed for audience growth.
- Support organic acquisition through blogs, SEO, backlinking, PR, and guest posting.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of content for campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.
5. Podcasts & Events
- Drive growth-oriented podcast initiatives by coordinating with creators, guests, and internal teams.
- Manage offline marketing events across multiple cities to enhance brand reach and user acquisition.
- Track event performance and integrate learnings into the acquisition funnel.
6. Branding & Visibility Initiatives
- Ensure the brand is listed across relevant online startup and business platforms.
- Maintain company visibility through 360 marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
7. Marketing Automation & Funnel Management
- Build automated journeys across WhatsApp, email, and remarketing channels.
- Improve funnel conversion at each stage using analytics, segmentation, and insights.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of performance-focused assets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Ability to manage and work with large datasets for segmentation and targeting.
- Content creation capability: familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, backlinking, PR, and content-led organic growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects such as podcasts, events, and listings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in growth/performance marketing roles.
- Experience in app-based user acquisition environments.
- Exposure to both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and operations.
