Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and full-funnel optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, data-driven, and obsessed with scalable growth leversacquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
You'll lead our paid marketing, SEO, CRM, and user-journey initiatives end-to-end. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to build high-converting funnels, run experiments, and continuously improve user engagement and retention across organic and paid channels.
What You'll Own
Full-Funnel Growth Strategy
- Design and implement growth strategies across the funnelacquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Own integrated campaign planning across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Define key growth metrics, track performance, and drive continuous optimisation.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Build audience segments, keyword strategies, and retargeting funnels to improve CAC and conversion rates.
- Run systematic A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and user flows.
Organic Growth & SEO
- Own SEO strategykeyword research, content briefs, landing page optimisation, technical audits, and ranking improvements.
- Work with content and product teams to build scalable organic growth engines.
- Analyse and optimise website performance using Search Console, GA, and heatmaps.
Lifecycle, Retention & CRM
- Build and optimise multi-step user journeys across onboarding, activation, education, and win-backs.
- Use lifecycle tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, or similar to automate personalised journeys.
- Drive retention, product adoption, and repeat engagement through data-driven CRM.
- Own segmentation, cohorts, and behaviour-based triggers.
Digital Analytics & Experimentation
- Use tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, CRM analytics, and attribution models to track and measure growth.
- Analyse funnel drop-offs, run experiments, and implement iterations across campaigns and product touchpoints.
- Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities for improving stickiness and LTV.
Agency & Partner Collaboration
- Manage external agencies for media buying, planning, SEO, and performance optimisation.
- Handle referral partners and third-party growth channels.
- Ensure delivery quality, performance targets, and consistent execution across stakeholders.
What We're Looking
- For 36 years of hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, retention, or lifecycle roles (B2C, B2B2C, or edtech preferred).
- Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and performance platforms.
- Strong expertise in funnel optimisation, user journeys, and lifecycle automation tools.
- Experience running SEO initiatives and improving organic performance.
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable with GA, Search Console, UTM tracking, cohorts, and attribution modelling.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and iterate based on data insights.
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.
- Passion for education, user success, and scalable impact.
