Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work Directly with the Founder: Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments.
• Build from Scratch: Launch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed, ownership, and a 0-to-1 mindset.
• Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, and WhatsApp, to drive conversions and reactivation.
• Product & Content Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
• Lead Nurturing: Strategize and execute automated and manual workflows to move leads down the funnel via WhatsApp and email.
• Creative Direction: Work with design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns.
• New Initiatives: Devise new methods and strategies to improve lead conversion at each stage of the funnel.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Lead and manage initiatives spanning growth, product, marketing, and partnerships, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
• A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
