We are looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager who

wants to build and scale a measurable B2B SaaS demand engine.

You will work directly with the founder and sales leadership to:

  • Improve inbound lead quality
  • Increase demo-to-opportunity conversion
  • Build vertical-focused acquisition campaigns
  • Create predictable marketing-sourced pipeline

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role with clear revenue impact.

  • Own and optimize Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Eliminate non-ICP lead inflow through smarter targeting
  • Build high-intent keyword and vertical campaigns
  • Drive measurable improvements in cost-per-SQLWe are looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager who

  • Improve MQL SQL Opportunity conversion rates
  • Implement structured lead scoring
  • Design landing page experiments with web/design team
  • Build and test messaging frameworks aligned to enterprise buyers
  • Improve demo quality through sharper qualification filters

  • Execute focused industry-specific campaigns
  • Launch vertical landing pages
  • Plan and execute quarterly webinar campaigns
  • Support webinar-driven pipeline creation
  • Build post-webinar follow-up automation

  • Build lifecycle email workflows
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for marketing-sourced tracking
  • Present weekly dashboards with actionable insights
  • Drive data-backed budget allocation decisions.

  • Significant reduction in non-ICP leads

Who Should Apply

  • 4years-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth / performance

marketing

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales funnels
  • Comfortable owning numbers, not just campaigns
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, and marketing

automation

  • Data-first thinker who understands CAC, SQL, pipeline math

You should be comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution, not

just traffic.
