We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to take full ownership of our paid channels. You aren't just running campaigns, you are managing a budget to find the most efficient way to scale. You should be able to look at a dashboard, find the leak in the funnel, and pitch the creative experiments needed to fix it.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Execution: Deep, hands-on management of Meta Ads and Google AdWords. You must be comfortable with technical setups, custom audiences, and scaling budgets.
- Analysis & Testing: Track the full journey from click to conversion. You will analyze data to find bottlenecks and run constant A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower costs and improve quality.
- Creative Strategy: You know what works. You'll analyze ad performance to identify winning hooks and angles, then come up with fresh ideas for the next set of creative experiments.
Requirements
- 4+ Years in performance marketing with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Platform Expert: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Analytically Strong: High proficiency in Excel. You must be able to pull raw data and turn it into a clear plan of action.
- Creative Instinct: A natural ability to look at an ad and understand why it is (or isn't) clicking with the audience.
