Responsibilities
- Create and implement innovative growth strategies focused on scaling our online e-learning platform across platforms like Udemy, edX, Cornerstone, and IPL's digital learning platform with a strong focus on meeting revenue targets.
- Drive growth through the AAARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) funnel by identifying key opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize each stage to enhance revenue.
- Develop creative approaches to attract new users organically, improve acquisition channels, and directly contribute to revenue growth through partnerships, community building, and content marketing.
- Design initiatives to ensure users quickly realize the value of our offerings, remain engaged, and contribute to revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Implement retention strategies and referral programs to increase user loyalty and encourage word-of-mouth growth, contributing to sustained revenue generation.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions that directly impact revenue and enhance the customer journey.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies for revenue-focused growth.
- Develop SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user engagement, contributing to revenue goals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in growth marketing and digital platforms, experimenting with innovative tactics to drive revenue-focused business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in growth marketing, with a successful track record in the EdTech sector or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of the AAARRR funnel and experience in optimizing each stage for growth and revenue generation.
- Expertise in leveraging digital marketing and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making with a focus on revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with growth metrics to drive strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative and experimental mindset, eager to explore new growth strategies and adapt to market changes.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in growth marketing strategies and implementation.
