With a strong consumer base and partnerships with top restaurants, we are scaling rapidly and looking for high-impact talent to drive our next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and highly entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. The ideal candidate has experience working with consumer tech products, understands growth loops, and can independently own and execute high-impact growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition & Growth

  • Plan and execute scalable user acquisition strategies across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
  • Drive installs, sign-ups, and transactions through performance marketing and growth experiments
  • Identify new growth channels and partnerships

Retention & Engagement

  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing journeys (email, push, SMS)
  • Improve user retention, frequency, and LTV through data-led interventions
  • Work closely with product and CRM teams to enhance engagement

Experimentation & Analytics

  • Own A/B testing roadmap across channels and funnels
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards and track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)

Product & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to improve user experience and conversion
  • Drive growth features such as referrals, loyalty programs, and onboarding optimization
  • Work closely with brand and content teams for integrated campaigns

Performance Optimization

  • Manage budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Continuously improve CAC while scaling volume
  • Track and report performance metrics to leadership

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing / performance marketing
  • Must have worked with a consumer tech product at scale (e.g., food-tech, e-commerce, fintech, travel, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Good to Have:

  • Experience in marketplace or food-tech businesses
  • Exposure to app growth and install campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
