Job Description

We are looking for a generalist Growth / Marketing professional with strong B2B SaaS experience. This is a foundational role where you'll help set up and scale Clarisight's marketing engine. You'll be wearing multiple hats across growth, content, and campaign execution while building processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Establish foundational marketing processes such as tracking, reporting, and marketing ops.
  • Create and manage content initiatives (blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns).
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive enterprise pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to craft collateral and messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Experiment with different growth channels to identify what works for Clarisights.
  • Bring new ideas for visual content, digital engagement, and scalable marketing processes.
  • Own marketing projects end-to-end from strategy to execution and measurement.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
  • A generalist mindset with exposure to multiple marketing functions, content, growth, demand gen, and campaign ops.
  • Strong experience in SEO and Paid Digital execution.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to create content that simplifies complex ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you'll be setting up processes from scratch.
  • Prior experience with ABM or enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
