We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to spearhead and scale our agency's marketing and business growth function. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, and digital campaignswho can also actively support pre-sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute the agency's integrated marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.

Lead demand generation campaigns across email, social, search, and paid media to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.

Define KPIs, optimize marketing funnels, and track performance metrics to ensure revenue-focused outcomes.

Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategy.

CRM & Lead Nurturing

Implement and manage CRM platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) to nurture leads and automate customer engagement workflows.

Manage email marketing, client communication, and basic online reputation management (ORM).

Track online mentions and engage with prospects via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.

Pre-Sales & Prospect Engagement

Collaborate with the sales team to share prospect insights and co-create tailored proposals.

Support business development efforts by crafting impactful sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks.

Assist in marketing support for industry events, webinars, and new service launches.

Content & Social Media Marketing

Partner with content and design teams to develop lead magnets, newsletters, sales collateral, and brand assets.

Support social media campaigns with insight-driven themes and growth hacks to drive inbound interest.

Contribute to blogs, thought leadership articles, and newsletters to position the agency as a category expert.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Collaborate closely with sales, creative, influencer relations, and video production teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing & growth, with a strong focus on demand generation and pre-sales.

Proven hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Premium, etc.).

Strong understanding of the influencer marketing, content creation, and digital media landscape.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and personalization.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reports and dashboards.

Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and sales teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in a marketing agency (influencer marketing, creative, or digital preferred).

Familiarity with online reputation management (ORM) and social listening tools.
