Role: Growth Marketing Intern (On-Field + On-Site Internship)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Type: Full-Time Internship (4–6 months)

This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, on-ground marketing, client interaction, and IT product awareness. It is ideal for students looking to gain real-world experience in sales, field marketing, and client acquisition within the IT, Cloud, and Hosting sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Systron Micronix, you will contribute to business growth by:

• Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities

• Visiting local businesses to generate leads and promote Systron's solutions

• Presenting our Cloud, Hosting, Email, and IT services to potential clients

• Supporting lead qualification and client follow-ups

• Gathering on-ground insights to help identify trends and local demand

• Maintaining visit logs, documentation, and daily reporting

• Assisting the team in customer outreach activities and brand visibility initiatives

This role involves active field work, direct interaction with business owners, and helping them understand the value of our cloud & hosting services, including solutions powered by our partnerships with Google and Microsoft.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication (verbal & written)

• Basic understanding of lead generation and market research

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work professionally during field visits

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Preferred: Graduates / Students pursuing BBA, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
