Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for real estate/interior design.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (field visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure smooth project flow.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand company reach.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate or interior industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts is an added advantage.
