Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Nagpur. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, crafting effective business proposals, managing client accounts, and supporting the company in achieving its growth objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing client acquisition strategies
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive communication and client engagement
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of the media, PR, and digital marketing industries is a plus
  • Goal-driven with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a business development or client management role is highly advantageous
