We are looking for sharp, energetic, and highly motivated interns to work closely with our senior specialists across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end product operations and directly contribute to business growth. You will serve as the left and right hand of senior team members who will also act as your mentors throughout the internship. If you are proactive, confident, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting product demos for prospects.
Supporting customer onboarding processes.
Assisting in customer support and query resolution.
Creating and maintaining product knowledge base articles.
Developing training materials and documentation.
Supporting trust and reputation-building initiatives.
Participating in sales calls.
Qualifying inbound leads.
Coordinating follow-ups with prospects.
Assisting in customer billing processes.
Creating engaging social media posts.
Supporting brand communication initiatives.
Assisting in campaign execution.
Monitoring and engaging with online audiences.
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Supporting operational tasks across departments.
Learning end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
High energy, enthusiasm, and ownership mindset.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficient in using social media platforms.
Comfortable working with LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.
Basic understanding of SaaS or technology products.
Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office tools.
