Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential projects on Upwork, preparing effective proposals, and engaging with clients to secure contracts. The Upwork Bidder will maintain ongoing communication with clients, demonstrate expertise in Webtechnomind's services, and provide timely updates to the internal team regarding project requirements and client expectations. The position involves understanding the client's needs and fostering professional relationships to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing, client communication, and project scoping
- Demonstrated skills in digital platforms like Upwork and other freelancing websites
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Understanding of digital marketing and web development services, including knowledge of eCommerce, design, and app development
- Experience in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms is a plus
- Ability to meet timelines, manage multiple client accounts, and negotiate project terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
