Role Overview

Growth Marketing executive will be responsible for managing BAR's website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms, ensuring strong product visibility, operational efficiency, and continuous revenue growth.

This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms along with the ability to drive sales through optimization, analytics, and platform strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Commerce Management

  • Manage and maintain BAR's D2C website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall user experience.
  • Manage product listings and operations on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Manage catalog and operations on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit and similar platforms.
  • Ensure accurate catalog management, product information, pricing, and inventory availability across all platforms.

Platform Growth & Sales Optimization

  • Drive sales growth across all online platforms through listing optimization, improved product visibility, and participation in platform campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and overall channel performance.
  • Support and execute platform promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product listings to improve search ranking and conversions.

Platform Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to expand BAR's digital presence.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including catalog creation, compliance, and platform coordination.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and platform analytics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across digital channels.
  • Identify insights and implement strategies to improve revenue growth and platform efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth online operations.
  • Coordinate inventory planning to ensure product availability across all platforms.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or marketplace management.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Prior experience working with D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage online marketplaces, D2C websites, and digital commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and conversion data to drive growth.
