About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in scaling D2C
brands through data-driven paid marketing strategies. This role requires someone who
understands the full funnel from acquisition to retention and can independently manage
campaigns while optimizing for ROI and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Execution
● Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
● Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
● Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
● Manage budgets efficiently to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and CAC
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
● Understand and improve the end-to-end funnel (Ad → Landing Page → Checkout
→ Retention)
● Work closely with design and content teams to improve conversion rates
● Identify drop-offs and optimize user journey
3. Data & Analytics
● Track and analyze campaign performance using:
● Google Analytics 4
● Google Tag Manager
● Ad platform dashboards
● Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
4. Experimentation & Scaling
● Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
● Identify winning campaigns and scale efficiently
● Build and manage remarketing audiences
5. D2C Growth Strategy
● Work on customer acquisition strategies for D2C brands
● Collaborate on retention strategies (email, WhatsApp, remarketing)
● Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies
Requirements
● 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C preferred)
● Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering ROI ( portfolio or
●document with achievements will be needed during the interview process)
● Strong understanding of:
● Customer acquisition funnels
●Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Attribution and tracking
● Hands-on experience with:
● Meta Ads Manager
●Google Ads
● Basic understanding of Shopify or other D2C platforms is a plus
