About the Role:
One of our clients is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, retention, conversion, and performance reporting for fast-growing eCommerce brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with sharp analytical thinking and can operate with high ownership in a lean environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
Build and optimize email and SMS flows, campaigns, and automations.
Improve website and landing page conversion through testing and CRO initiatives.
Analyze Shopify, GA4, ad platform, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
Launch promotions, offers, seasonal campaigns, and structured experiments.
Work with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
Build dashboards and share clear weekly performance insights.
Align growth execution with business and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For:
36 years of experience in growth, performance, lifecycle, or eCommerce marketing.
Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce growth.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, and email platforms.
Good understanding of funnels, CRO, retention, and performance reporting.
Strong ownership, execution ability, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communicator who can manage both strategy and day-to-day execution.
Preferred Skiills:
Experience with consumer, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Experience with Klaviyo or similar tools
Familiarity with creative testing and offer strategy
Agency or client-facing experience

You will help build a more efficient, repeatable growth engine by improving paid performance, increasing lifecycle revenue, strengthening conversion, and making reporting more actionable.
