Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on D2C Growth Marketer who can drive online sales (not just followers) through Meta Ads, content strategy, and performance optimization.
This is NOT a posting content job.
This is a revenue-driven role.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Primary)
- Run and scale Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Test multiple ad creatives (videos, static, hooks)
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, conversions
2. Content Strategy
- Plan daily Instagram content (reels focus)
- Work with designers/video editors
- Create high-converting hooks & scripts
3. Website & Funnel Optimization
- Improve Shopify conversion rate
- Optimize product pages, bundles, offers
- Reduce drop-offs (cart checkout)
4. Data & Analytics
- Track:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS
- Conversion %
- Identify winning creatives & scale them
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Achieve profitable ROAS (2.5x4x target)
- Increase website conversion rate (2%+)
- Generate consistent daily orders
- Reduce CAC over time
Requirements
- 13 years experience in D2C / eCommerce marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Understanding of consumer psychology & hooks
- Basic knowledge of Shopify
Bonus (Preferred)
- Experience in FMCG / food brands
- UGC content creation understanding
- Worked on brands doing 5L+/month revenue
