About the role

You'll work directly with the founders on hyperscaling growth and user acquisition. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rapid experimentation and scale up: Set up experiments across digital, organic and offline channels (SEO, Ads, Influencers etc.), see what works, and scale them.
• New initiatives: Oversee new strategic initiatives for product marketing and growth
• Funnel optimization and analytics: Apart from channel growth, this person will also debottleneck and scale product growth, through retargeting, funnel analysis and improvements by working closely with product / eng

What you'll bring

• 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in fast-growing startups
• Growth / Marketing / Acquisition experience mandatory
• Experience building Tool+AI automations to streamline operations

Location: Bengaluru (in office)
