What You Will Do

  • Drive immediate impact: Generate qualified pipeline worth 3x your monthly salary within first 90 days through performance marketing campaigns
  • Own channel execution: Launch and optimize campaigns across 2+ channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Facebook) with proven ability to achieve
  • Transform customer stories: Convert our existing customer success stories into digital assetscase studies, video testimonials, landing pages, and social proof campaigns
  • Run revenue-driving webinars: Host weekly product demos and educational webinars that generate 50+ qualified leads per session
  • Plan and execute GTM launches for new features and product updatesyour work will directly influence how customers discover, understand, and adopt Nunify
  • Build and own performance-driven campaigns that drive signups, product usage, and qualified pipeline
  • Design email and lifecycle journeys that move users from trial activation retention
  • Run ABM campaigns with hyper-targeted messaging and creative that speaks directly to high-value prospects ($10K-25K deals)
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize in-app onboarding and drive product-led growth (PLG)
  • Create crisp, conversion-focused content: sales collateral, landing pages, email copy, case studies, product videos, and more
  • Dive into user journeys, session analytics, and campaign data to iterate and improve consistently
  • Conduct market research and competitor positioning to help Nunify stand out in a crowded event-tech space
  • Enable Sales with real-time product messaging, pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling assets

  • Who We Are Looking For

    We're hiring across experience levels (26 years) but what we care about most is ownership, speed of execution, and proven ability to generate leads quickly.

    If You're 24 Years In

    You've executed performance, email, or content marketing campaigns that drove real numbersspecifically 500+ MQLs at <$100 cost per lead
  • Channel expertise: Deep hands-on experience in at least one paid channel with $50K+ monthly spend
  • You've worked in SaaS, D2C, startups, or lean environments where you owned the outcomenot just the task
  • You're hands-on with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, or similarand can launch campaigns independently from day one
  • Content production speed: You can turn a customer interview into a published case study in
  • You write well and think like a customeralways focused on value, not just features
  • Webinar experience: You've hosted or supported virtual events and product demos

  • If you're 5+ years in:

  • You've led GTM strategy, Demand Generation, product positioning, or funnel optimization initiatives that moved metrics
  • Revenue accountability: Owned pipeline generation targets of $500K+ quarterly with proven track record of hitting targets
  • Speed to market: Launched campaigns from concept to live in
  • You can build a plan independently, not just execute someone else's brief
  • You've collaborated deeply with Product and Sales to turn customer insight into marketing action
  • Multi-channel expertise: Proven success across both inbound ($1.5K ACV) and outbound ($10-25K ACV) motions
  • You bring structured thinking to complex problemsand can communicate it
  • Team building: Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or contractors to scale execution
