Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven
Growth & Marketing Director to lead end-to-end growth initiatives, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
EdTech or digital-first businesses, with a proven track record of scaling revenue, optimizing funnels, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive overall growth strategy across:
- Paid marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube)
- Organic channels (SEO, content, social media)
- Partnerships & affiliate marketing
- Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels:
- Lead generation → Nurturing → Conversion → Retention
- Scale customer acquisition while maintaining optimal CAC vs LTV ratio
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams:
- Performance marketing
- Content & social media
- CRM & retention
- Plan and execute high-budget campaigns with strong ROI focus
- Identify new growth opportunities:
- New channels
- New markets
- Product-market fit improvements
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems
- Analyze data and present actionable insights to leadership
Key Requirements- 7–12 years of experience in growth/marketing roles
- Strong experience in EdTech / SaaS / D2C (EdTech preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and user acquisition
- Deep understanding of:
- Performance marketing
- Funnel optimization
- Customer lifecycle management
- Experience in managing large marketing budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Leadership experience managing teams
Preferred Skills- Experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, CRM tools
- Knowledge of:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- A/B testing frameworks
- Marketing automation
- Experience in international market expansion
