This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will focus on creating and executing growth strategies, leveraging data and insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion. Key responsibilities include overseeing lead generation initiatives, managing web analytics to assess marketing performance, and implementing innovative growth hacking strategies. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques.
• Strong expertise in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics.
• Proven ability in planning and executing Lead Generation campaigns.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in the InsurTech or finance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
