Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, for a Lead Generation & B2B SaaS Sales professional.

The role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and driving the sales funnel for telecrm's SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound demand generation, including cold outreach, nurturing prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities include client communication across multiple channels, delivering compelling product presentations, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted enterprise accounts
  • Engage prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and drive them through the sales funnel
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion and targeting strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting, including identifying new business opportunities
  • Hands-on experience in cold outreach, email outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex product functionalities to a professional audience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar domains
