What you'll do

In the old world, growth marketing took a team. Post-AI, one sharp generalist runs the whole motion — AI changed what one person can do. You don't grind out every post by hand; you orchestrate. AI does the drafting and the design; you bring the judgment, taste, and strategy. You own everything that brings inbound in. No handoffs, no not my channel. If that reads as hyperbole, this isn't your seat. If it reads as how you already work, keep going.

  • Run every social channel — LinkedIn, X, Instagram. One idea, adapted to each.
  • Ideate, create, and ship posts yourself. Build and own the content calendar.
  • Design everything in-house. Claude is your design team.
  • Own AEO, GEO, and SEO so Cenara surfaces in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Own the website. Ship changes yourself — basic coding helps, willingness to learn is non-negotiable.
  • Own the blog from topic to publish.
  • Orchestrate your tools so the whole motion runs as one workflow.
  • Own inbound lead generation. This is the number you're measured on.

This role is ideal if you

  • Are a generalist who'd rather own ten things than perfect one.
  • Take initiative and finish without being asked twice.
  • Treat AI as your team — you orchestrate it, not just use it.
  • Are comfortable being measured on one number: inbound.
  • Ship today and improve tomorrow instead of waiting for perfect.
  • Are low-ego and high-output — easy to work with, impossible to out-work.
  • Are here to build something, so the hours come with the territory.

Minimum

  • 2+ years in growth, content, or social, with results you actually own — not vanity metrics.
  • You've personally run multi-channel social and grown an audience or a pipeline.
  • You're AI-native. You already build with Claude and the tool stack around it.
  • Basic comfort with how websites work, or the hunger to learn fast and ship.
  • You write clean, plain English that sounds human, not like AI slop.
  • You can put in the hours a 0 → 1 company needs.

Backgrounds that tend to succeed

  • Solo or near-solo marketers who ran everything at a startup.
  • Content creators who built and grew their own audience.
  • Growth generalists from early-stage teams who owned the full funnel.
  • Former founders who did their own marketing out of necessity.
