Gleantap is building the AI-powered growth engine for B2C businesses — starting with fitness, wellness, and multi-location brands.

We help businesses turn scattered customer data into revenue-driving actions using AI, automation, and real-time engagement. Today, we power millions of customer interactions and help brands significantly increase conversions and retention.

We're now doubling down on growth — and looking for someone who can help us build a predictable, scalable acquisition machine.

The Role

We're not looking for someone to run campaigns.

We're looking for someone to own growth end-to-end - from traffic → conversion → pipeline → revenue.

You'll be responsible for building and scaling a repeatable growth engine across paid, organic, and funnel optimization.

What You'll Own

Paid Growth

• Own and scale Google & Meta ads with a focus on efficient CAC
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages

SEO & Organic

• Build and execute SEO strategy (technical + content + backlinks)
• Identify scalable organic growth opportunities

Funnel Optimization

• Improve conversion across landing pages, signup, demo, and activation
• Run structured A/B testing

Experimentation Engine

• Build a weekly experimentation cadence
• Identify growth loops (not just channels)

Analytics & Attribution

• Own key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, pipeline, ROI
• Build dashboards and extract insights
  

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years in growth marketing (SaaS or B2C preferred)
• Proven ability to scale paid ads profitably
• Strong hands-on SEO experience
• Deep understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
• Highly analytical and data-driven
• Builder mindset - you create systems, not just execute tasks
