Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer based in Gurugram. The Growth Marketer will lead strategies to drive business growth through innovative campaigns, optimize marketing funnels, and leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include crafting and executing growth marketing strategies, conducting marketing analytics, managing lead generation campaigns, and analyzing web and user engagement data. Collaboration with various teams to drive impactful outcomes is a crucial component of the role.

We are hiring a Growth Marketer or social media marketer to build, test, and scale acquisition and content channels. This is an execution-heavy role with clear ownership focused on driving real outcomes, not just support work.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and test acquisition channels (social, outbound, content).
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Own and build short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
• Drive organic distribution through social media and communities.
• Own and execute influencer and UGC campaigns.
• Optimize funnels (landing pages, onboarding, conversion flows) to improve conversion rates.
• Run experiments across creatives, messaging, and channels; scale what works.
• Track and analyze metrics (CTR, leads, conversions) and use insights for decision-making.
• Execute retention and outreach initiatives (email marketing, cold outreach, podcast growth). Required Skills • Managed your own or someone else's social media/content.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and what performs. • Hands-on with tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar.
• Ability to think in numbers (performance > opinions).
• Basic understanding of marketing and user behavior.
• High ownership and fast execution mindset.
• Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google).
• Exposure to analytics (Google Analytics or similar).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setup.
• Good communication skills.
