About Us At Wire Wings, we build custom websites, mobile apps, and CRMs specifically for the fine jewellery industry. Our goal is to get more high-quality leads for our development services. We need a Growth Marketer who can take charge of our inbound and outbound lead generation.

What Matters Most for This Role We are looking for someone who excels in three specific areas:

1. Smart Research & Analysis We do not want to waste time on the wrong prospects. You need the ability to quickly research a jewellery brand, audit their current website or app, and figure out if they are a good fit. You should know exactly what their problem is before you ever reach out, so you can pitch a highly targeted solution.

2. Impactful Content & Copywriting Your writing needs to engage people and drive quick conversions. You will write cold emails, LinkedIn messages, Meta ads, and organic social media posts. The copy must be direct, persuasive, and designed to get business owners on a sales call.

3. Mastery of Tools & Platforms You need to know how to execute campaigns flawlessly. You must be highly comfortable using data scraping tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ads manager, Meta messaging automations, email sequencing software, and our CRM.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • List Building: Scrape accurate contact info for jewellery business founders and decision-makers, avoiding generic emails.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Audit a target brand's current digital setup. Identify specific flaws in their website or app, and craft a highly personalized pitch showing exactly how we can fix them.
  • Meta Campaigns: Run lead generation ads and distribute organic content on Meta tailored to jewelry brand owners.
  • DM Automations: Set up and manage messaging automations to capture and qualify inbound leads directly in Meta DMs.
  • Outbound Outreach: Run highly targeted cold email and LinkedIn campaigns based on your initial prospect research.
  • Pipeline Management: Track every lead in the CRM, follow up consistently, and nurture prospects until they book a meeting.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Lead Gen Experience: You have successfully generated leads for high-ticket B2B services, ideally in the IT development, software, or agency space.
  • Strong Research Instincts: You know how to audit a company's digital presence (website, app, social media), figure out what is broken or missing, and use that data to craft a personalized pitch.
  • A Portfolio of Copy That Works: You can show us actual examples of cold emails, Meta ads, or direct messages you wrote that got replies and booked meetings.
  • Hands-On Tech Skills: You are completely comfortable running Meta Ads, setting up DM automations (like ManyChat), using data scraping methods, and building email sequences.
  • CRM and Pipeline Ownership: You know how to log your data, manage follow-ups, and keep a sales pipeline moving without needing someone to micromanage your daily tasks.
