About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Executive Search team as Trainee Recruiters. This role involves working closely with US clients to identify, engage, and hire top talent across various industries. It's an excellent opportunity to build a career in global recruitment and talent acquisition. It's a NIGHT SHIFT job, timings are 6:30 pm-3:30 am IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements for leadership and niche roles in the US market
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Develop market intelligence and mapping for executive roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA/HR preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong interest in recruitment, headhunting, and executive search
- Ability to work on night shifts (US timings)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
