Objective: Drive online revenue growth by managing performance marketing, website conversion, inventory flow, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Performance Marketing: Manage agency, track ROAS, CAC, optimize campaigns.

2.     Website Optimization: Improve conversion rate, reduce drop-offs.

3.     Inventory Alignment: Ensure stock availability and push slow movers.

4.     CRM & Retention: Manage WhatsApp/email marketing and customer journeys.

5.     Reporting: Weekly dashboards with actionable insights.

 Ideal Candidate:

1.     3–6 years in D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle

2.     strong in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM tools.

3.     Mindset: Ownership, commercial thinking, proactive approach
