Your time will be invested in
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit new channel partners including resellers, system integrators, and value-added partners; develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition into the partner ecosystem.
- Channel Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with senior management to design and implement a strategic channel partner plan for APPSeCONNECT and appse ai; identify new market segments and high-potential opportunities for growth through partnerships.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Equip partners with the right sales tools, training resources, and product knowledge to effectively position and sell our solutions; conduct regular training sessions and webinars on new features, updates, and best practices.
- Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Own revenue targets for channel partnerships; monitor partner performance metrics and fine-tune strategies to consistently drive partner-led sales growth.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key channel partners; proactively support partners in overcoming challenges and keeping their engagement high.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on co-branded campaigns, joint content, and promotional materials; coordinate with the customer success team to ensure partners are well-equipped for post-sales support and ongoing account management.
- Market Intelligence & Product Positioning: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback; act as the internal voice of the channel to help shape product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Channel Performance Analysis: Define and track KPIs for channel sales and growth; conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to improve the efficacy of channel strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years in channel management, sales, or business development in a B2B SaaS, integration, or technology environment.
- Channel Expertise: Demonstrated experience building and managing channel partner programs with a solid understanding of reseller, SI, and VAR ecosystems.
- Tech-Stack Familiarity: Hands-on exposure to ERP, CRM, or iPaaS solutions (e.g., SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Revenue Orientation: Strong track record of driving revenue growth through partner enablement and structured account management.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data, spot patterns, and translate insights into measurable improvements.
- Cloud & iPaaS Knowledge: Good understanding of cloud-based technologies, API integrations, and the iPaaS landscape.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and collaborative — comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams with a customer-first approach.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the SaaS or iPaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with APPSeCONNECT or appse ai products would be a distinct advantage.
- Certifications in sales, channel management, or project management are a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools for tracking partner pipelines and reporting.
