Growth-driven Business Development professional (B2B Sales)
Location: Kharadi, Pune (WFO only)
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within the staffing or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to target high-potential markets and client segments
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, and social media
Create and present compelling proposals showcasing our HR service offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand business reach
Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business opportunities
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery throughout the hiring cycle
Contribute to revenue growth by achieving business targets
Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate business development performance
