About the Role
Curefit is looking for data-driven, performance-focused digital marketers for the acquisition and engagement efforts of its fitness services vertical: Cult.Fit . This role involves campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization across digital platforms. Ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance-driven channels.
- Develop data-informed optimization strategies by analyzing 1st- and 3rd-party data, identifying trends and insights, and using them to allocate budgets efficiently and maximize performance.
- Define clear, measurable KPIs like ROI, conversion rates, CTR, and more, and continuously improve them through structured testing and experimentation.
- Optimize creatives, audiences, and ad sets across platforms in collaboration with creative and design teams to drive higher efficiency and stronger performance.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on campaign results, including funnel analysis, insights, and performance projections.
- Stay current on Google Ads algorithms, Meta Ads platform updates, new feature releases, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of overall experience in Growth Marketing
- Strong knowledge of campaign management across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads.
- Understanding of attribution models, MMP/campaign tracking tools (AppsFlyer/Branch, Firebase, Google Analytics etc.)
- Strong with number crunching and comfortable handling Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
