The Role
You will own growth from 0 → 1.
This is not a strategy role. This is about figuring out what works, executing fast, and driving real user growth—both on-ground and online.
What You Will Do
- Build and execute end-to-end growth funnels (discovery → activation → retention)
- Drive user acquisition from scratch
- Crack college distribution in Lucknow (student leaders, clubs, societies, partnerships)
- Execute on-ground growth: campus activations, events, referral loops
- Run scrappy experiments across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, student communities
- Work directly with the founder to test, iterate, and scale what works
- Track real metrics (signups, activation, retention)—not vanity numbers
Who You Are
- Based in Lucknow (non-negotiable)
- Not a student — must be currently working or have at least 1 year of experience
- You've built something from scratch (startup / side project / community / anything real)
- Strong bias toward execution over planning
- You don't wait—you figure things out and get things done
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- High ownership mindset
