Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for agency training and management;

2. Hunting local agents and other cooperative resources, and maintain cooperative relations;

3. Responsible for planning and implementing online and offline activities and operations in India;

4. Responsible for sorting and analyzing regional operation data, detecting abnormalities and providing timely feedback.

Job Requirements :

1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2.Fluent in Hindi and English

3.Proven experience in event planning, within the mobile app industry for over 3 years is a plus.

4.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence external partners.

5.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics, draw insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

6.Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative user acquisition strategies.

7.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
