As a Sales & Customer Facing Intern, you will work directly with the founders to convert market interest into tangible growth. You won't just be watching; you'll be actively managing the sales funnel, building client relationships, and helping us define how we present our value to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through proactive outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial discovery calls to assisting in product demonstrations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on target industries and competitors to sharpen our sales scripts and value propositions.
- CRM Management: Own the sales pipeline by maintaining meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the founders to create high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and personalized outreach sequences.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from prospects to help our product team iterate faster.
- Relationship Building: Identify and nurture potential partnerships and ecosystem collaborations to accelerate customer acquisition.
