Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Growth Intern who thrives on closing gaps and opening doors. This role is built for individuals passionate about the front lines of a startup engaging prospects, refining pitches, and driving revenue. You will be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, specifically focusing on scaling our presence in the Artificial Intelligence and data-driven product sectors.

As a Sales & Customer Facing Intern, you will work directly with the founders to convert market interest into tangible growth. You won't just be watching; you'll be actively managing the sales funnel, building client relationships, and helping us define how we present our value to the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through proactive outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Customer Engagement: Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial discovery calls to assisting in product demonstrations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on target industries and competitors to sharpen our sales scripts and value propositions.
  • CRM Management: Own the sales pipeline by maintaining meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the founders to create high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and personalized outreach sequences.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from prospects to help our product team iterate faster.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and nurture potential partnerships and ecosystem collaborations to accelerate customer acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills

Core Skills

  • Persuasive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex tech (AI/Data) in simple, human terms.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude toward outreach and handling objections.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data (Excel/Google Sheets) to track your own performance and pivot strategies when needed.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated and comfortable operating in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of a growing startup.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or internships) is a major plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), or automation platforms is advantageous.
