Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients or potential leads to gather information, verify details, or promote services/products.
  • Assist in lead generation and qualification through phone-based interactions.
  • Support the team with follow-up calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage call scripts and provide product or service information to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve basic customer issues through phone communication.
  • Contribute to performance reports and tracking metrics related to calling efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to meet call targets and improve outreach strategies.

What You Will Need:

  • Graduates (2024 or 2025 passed out) who are interested in pursuing 6 months internship
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
  • Previous internship or experience in customer service/calling operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
